Commercial work is not simply a bigger residential job. The specification is usually driven by glare on screens, solar heat load and a facilities budget rather than by how a room feels, and the install has to happen without stopping anybody working. We schedule around that, including out of hours where a space cannot be taken offline during the day.
The most common commercial specification we fit is a low-openness solar shade — it kills screen glare and heat gain while keeping the daylight and the outlook, which is what people in an office actually want. For multi-family and hospitality, uniformity matters more: same product, same colour, ordered together so the building reads as one thing from outside.

Do you quote commercial jobs differently?
Same principle — per opening, after a site visit — but the conversation is about glare, heat load, durability and turnaround rather than about how the room feels. Larger jobs get scheduled in phases so nothing has to shut down.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, where a space cannot be taken offline during the day. Say so when you call and we will build the schedule around it rather than around us.
Do you handle multi-building or repeat specifications?
Yes. We keep the specification on file so a unit that turns over in three years gets the identical product rather than an approximate match, which is usually the real problem property managers are trying to solve.
