Yes — always, and there's no obligation attached to it. We bring samples to your home, measure every window professionally, and quote on the spot. Evenings and Saturdays included. If you decide against the whole thing at the end of it, that's a perfectly normal outcome and it costs you nothing.
How quickly will you get back to me?

Do I need to know what I want before you visit?
Not at all — most people don't, and "help me choose" is a normal answer. We'll walk the house with you, ask what each room is doing wrong, and narrow it down from there. Knowing your rough budget helps more than knowing product names.
What should I have ready?
Nothing mandatory. It helps if we can get to the windows, and if you've a rough idea of which rooms are in scope and roughly what you'd like to spend. Photos emailed ahead of time are useful but never required.
