Our windows have leaded or stained glass. Can they still be covered?
Usually, and often they should be — UV fades the caming and the surrounding woodwork over time. The mount needs care so nothing bears on the glass itself, which is exactly the sort of thing we sort out at the measure rather than on install day.

How long does the whole process take?
Usually two to four weeks from measure to install, depending on the product and how busy the workrooms are. Shutters take longest because they are built to your openings; most shades are quicker. We give you a realistic date at the quote rather than an optimistic one.
