Everything on this site — product descriptions, guidance, recommendations — is provided for information. It is not a contractual offer and it does not constitute a quotation. Pricing for custom window treatments depends on measurements taken at your property, and only a written quote issued after an in-home measure is binding.

We try hard to keep the content accurate and current. Manufacturers change their ranges without telling us, so if a specific product matters to you, confirm it with us before you rely on it.

Quotes are free, carry no obligation and are valid for the period stated on the quote itself. Promotional discounts are applied at the time of quoting and reflect the promotion running on that date.

Everything we sell is manufactured to the measurements of your specific openings. Custom-made goods cannot be returned or restocked once in production, because they will not fit anybody else's windows. That is a genuine constraint rather than a policy choice, and it is why we measure carefully and confirm the specification with you before ordering.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or not as specified, that is our problem to solve and we will remake or repair it. Tell us as soon as you notice.

We warrant our installation work for as long as you own the treatments we installed. If something we fitted needs adjusting, or a mechanism we installed fails in normal use, we come back out and put it right.

That warranty covers our workmanship. The materials themselves carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which varies by product and which we will tell you about at the point of order. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, alterations made by somebody else, or normal fading of fabric in sunlight over many years.
