What this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Last updated 3 August 2026.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form.

If you fill in the quote form on this site we receive the name, phone number and email address you enter, along with anything you write in the message field and the service you select. We ask for a phone number because a window treatment quote requires a conversation and a visit; we cannot usefully price your windows over email.

Alongside that we record which page you submitted from, which town page if any, the referring website, and any campaign tags present in the link you arrived through (the standard utm parameters and Google's gclid click identifier). That is how we know which advertising is worth paying for. It is stored against your enquiry in our customer system and it is not sold or shared with anyone.

Those campaign values are held in your browser's session storage while you are on the site, so that if you arrive on one page and enquire from another the original source is still attached. Session storage is cleared automatically when you close the tab. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking pixels.

What we do with it

We call you back.

Your enquiry goes into our customer relationship system, which is operated for us by GoHighLevel, and it is used to contact you about your enquiry, arrange a consultation and quote your work. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the request in order to serve the page and keeps standard server logs.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other advertisers or data brokers. Where an installation involves a manufacturer's order, only the details required to fulfil the order are passed on.

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are commercially useful — customers get service under a lifetime installation warranty, so we retain enough to identify what was fitted in your house and when.

Your choices

Ask and it goes.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email dave@brandywineblinds.com or call (610) 883-9063 and we will deal with it. There is no form to fill in and no department to escalate through.

If you would rather we did not contact you again, say so and we will mark the record accordingly rather than quietly keep it.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
