Evenings and Saturdays included. If you decide against it at the end, that is a perfectly normal outcome and it costs you nothing.
What does the lifetime service warranty actually cover?
Service on what we installed, for as long as you own it. If a mechanism fails or a treatment needs adjusting, we come back out and sort it. It is not a manufacturer's fabric warranty dressed up — it is us standing behind our own install.
